THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN MODERN RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
This study aims to explore the role of technology in modern recruitment processes, particularly its impact on efficiency, candidate quality, and overall recruitment outcomes. The survey design is selected for its ability to collect quantitative data from a broad range of participants, providing robust insights. A sample size of 350 respondents is determined using Taro Yamane's formula, ensuring an adequate representation of the target population. The case study is conducted in Port Harcourt, focusing on a tech-driven firm with advanced recruitment systems. With a reliability coefficient score of 0.90, the survey demonstrates high reliability. Findings indicate that technology significantly enhances recruitment efficiency and candidate quality, reducing time-to-hire and improving matching accuracy. Recommendations include investing in advanced recruitment technologies and training HR personnel to maximize technological benefits.
